The following suggestions have been found to be of help to many of our customers although they are not guaranteed to work for everyone.

The following may prove helpful for Allergies:

Fish oils

Plus high B multivitamin e.g. Multiguard if rundown ,vegan, poor diet, stressed

Vitamin C 1000mg daily (anti-histamine effect)

Ensure high water intake and avoid alcohol and artificial additives & sweeteners

Ensure diet high in wholegrains, fruit, veg and fish and low in salt, saturated and trans-fats, processed foods, sugary foods/sweets, pastries and white bread

Consider possible food sensitivities, most commonly: cows milk, cheese, wheat e.g. bread and pasta, gluten, yeast, oranges/citrus, tomatoes, potatoes, aspartame. Better still see a food sensitivity specialist. Click here.
