The following suggestions have been found to be of help to many of our customers although they are not guaranteed to work for everyone. If a problem persisits, we recommend first of all seeing your GP and then considering making an appointment with our herbalist for a more in-depth consultation and treatment.

The following may prove helpful for PMS:

• Lamberts Premtis or supplement a multivit with magnesium min 150mg and B6 min 50mg
• High strength Evening Primrose oil plus fish or flax oil
• Milkthistle capsules
• Avoid bread, sugar, caffeine and alcohol along with above for two cycles.
