The following may prove helpful for PMS:

Lamberts Premtis or supplement a multivit with magnesium min 150mg and B6 min 50mg

High strength Evening Primrose oil plus fish or flax oil

Milkthistle capsules

Avoid bread, sugar, caffeine and alcohol along with above for two cycles.
