Shipping & Returns Delivery We aim to process your order within a day of receipt so you can usually expect your delivery within 3-5 working days. After receiving your order, it is put together in the shop and then taken to the Post Office in Otley from where it will be delivered to you by the Royal Mail. At the Checkout, you will be given the choice of First Class postage (with your delivery price calculated according to weight) or our 'fixed rate' option of £3.95 per order or FREE postage on all orders over £75. Simply select the option you prefer. Please note at present we are only able to despatch orders to the UK mainland. Returns Policy Please be sure of your purchases before you place your order as we can only accept returns for items which are faulty, have been received damaged or have been wrongly despatched. Should any of these unfortunate events occur, simply phone us within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you as to the return of goods and arrange for your full refund or replacement of goods as you prefer. Packaging Whenever possible we will re-cycle our packaging from deliveries etc. so please don't be alarmed if the package looks a little odd.
